This new release is also able to manage the new local file cmts_xxx.txt.

You can download here the new VI release.
Also available is the .exe for windows.

Let me remind you that you have to copy the input files in the directory in which the local2xml.vi or local2xml.exe file is. The file lvanlys.dll should be in the directory /data also at the same level as the main VI.
